I was pleased with Vertu Vauxhall Durham and can't thank them enough the service was above and beyond. I initially dealt with George who made sure I was happy with everything as well explaining everything very clearly. I then had Alison for the car handover, again service was fantastic they were both amazing. Going from a garage which had terrible customer service to this one was night and day difference. George and Alison were amazing! Thank you both very much!!
My experience at Vertu Vauxhall Durham was cracking because I was torn between the mokka and the crossland but Martin, the sales rep, let me sit inside both vehicles because I have problems with my leg. Martin explained that the mokka had higher sills so could cause problems with entry. The crossland was a much easier entry.
