I was extremely happy with the service I received at Vertu Toyota Worksop. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Adrian, Evelina, and Leo were outstanding throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions with patience, calmness, and professionalism. Nothing felt rushed, and they made sure I understood every step, which gave me complete confidence in my decision. Their friendly approach, knowledge, and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. The experience at Vertu Toyota Worksop was great because the staff were professional, friendly and attentive to my requirements. The wait was lengthy for reasons not the fault of the dealership and they kept us both informed and refreshed with drinks etc. Could not recommend the dealership highly enough.
My experience at Vertu Toyota Worksop could have been better because I had a sale rep called Connor and he left to go to Australia the day I picked up my car and didn’t pass on any information to the new sale rep who was going to look after me. I have taken my car 2 times now to go and get things done and I’m now have to go back again for the 3 times to get the paint work done. Even though I was told they would keep the car, get everything done there and then so I wouldn’t be coming back and forth. It’s ok, the new rep trying his best, but it isn’t good enough. Top it off I had private plates on my old car. they told me “they couldn’t get it off” so I had to buy new plates for the car. Yes the sales rep filled my car up in full due to me getting new plates. But it isn’t the point, they could have come off with some wire but they were being lazy and didn’t want to do it when I gave them the old plates for the car to attach. I can’t enjoy my new car when I have to keep taking it to them to “sort”. They have done 2 out of 3 jobs.
