Vertu Renault Nottingham were great because they were polite & friendly but professional from start to finish without being pushy . I was informed of different options I could have although I didn’t take up any offers as they weren’t relevant to me.all in all a good experience. 5* .
My experience at Vertu Renault Nottingham could have been better if I was sold a vehicle on good conditions. I was treated unfairly during the process. I have called multiple times and they keep telling me they will contact me soon but they haven't. This experience has cost me a lot of mental stress and financial loss.
