Vertu Nissan Derby staff were good because they looked on stock availability around the country . They moved a vehicle to Derby for me to look at . There was no pressure to buy the vehicle . They resolved some prep issues and provided a full 12 month even though they didn’t need to as there was a 10 month mot with a couple of advisories on it . They provided me with a hire vehicle whilst the extra jobs were completed for me . I would definitely recommend them to family snd friends . Customer service was Brilliant .. special mention to George he was brilliant explaining everything to me ,at aged 55 this was my first purchase of a car for myself and was apprehensive , but George was great through the whole process. Great team effort.
I would recommend Vertu Nissan Derby to friends and family because I was given lots of time to look round the vehicle first before making the next move. The salesman took me out in the car as I wasn’t able to drive it as it was ‘awaiting prep’. I had driven an electric Mini before but I thought that was great for him to do that for me.
