I'd endorse Vertu Land Rover Truro because they went beyond normal expectations. From the moment I handed the keys over I was confident that the experience would be great. The booking process was fast and efficient, with an airline like online checkin. I was provided with transportation to a meeting, and an office to work in when I returned. I was provided regular updates, and the car was returned valeted. All member of staff who I interacted with were enthusiastic, extremely helpful, polite and professional. The overall experience nothing short of fantastic. One additional reason why we chose JLR again.
Vertu Land Rover Truro staff were very good because they are all very welcoming and very professional. The sales team have an extremely good knowledge of the vehicles that they are selling, they are very personable and they do not pressurise you. I am very pleased with the car that I purchased, which was presented immaculately and Connor, the person who I dealt with the most, was everything that you want from someone who is selling you a car.
