I had a great experience at Vertu Land Rover Taunton because we were made welcome at reception and offered drinks. The sales rep listened to our enquiry details and quickly found the models that were available and was able to give a quotation on the trade in price for our current vehicle. After some fair negotiation a price was agreed for the purchase of an approved used vehicle and the deal was done with a hand shake. All the paperwork for the purchase and trade in was done very simply as we waited and a pick-up / exchange date arranged. The whole experience of buying the vehicle was relaxed and non-stressfu. On pick up day, although we were purchasing a used vehicle, it was presented like it was brand new, including an un-vailing ceremony making it seem like a very special event.
