I'd recommend Vertu MINI Sunderland to a friend because the entire experience of buying my mini and putting my old Audi in for part exchange was so easy and went smoothly. Josh was lovely. He explained everything clearly and even set apple play up for me. He replied quickly to emails and nothing was too much bother. A great experience
The experience at Vertu MINI Sunderland was good because it was a simple and straight forward process. The car was chosen online, and all contact with the dealership was easy, from initial enquiry and being sent a video of the car, through to vehicle collection. Kathryn was very helpful throughout.
Tia and Gemma gave excellent customer service, made me feel welcome and looked after me while I waited for the car to be sorted, great service.

I'd recommend Vertu MINI Sunderland to a friend because the whole buying experience was very easy. Our salesman Josh was easy to work with and very attentive throughout the buying process. It makes a refreshing change to deal with a main dealer that makes you feel welcomed, comfortable and valued as a customer. Everything was ready on collection day and we love our Mini Countryman.
