My experience at Vertu MINI Sunderland was great, Kathryn Sinclair was so helpful from start to finish, I would definitely recommend Kathryn, she really new her stuff about the Aceman and was happy to help when I rang a week after the sale and video called me through the system to make some necessary changes. Kathryn also provided a really helpful video when we first expressed interest in the car which was really helpful especially when we lived so far away.
Couldn\u2019t ask for better service from Kathryn Sinclair from start to finish was a very smooth process. On collection of the new car Kathryn was extremely helpful showing me every feature on the car and also set up the app on my phone and went thru everything in very fine detail. Also the car was delivered one week early which is also rare nowadays.
