The experience at Vertu Honda Truro was great because from the start I was welcomed and brought to the correct person to help me. I was shown the vehicle and Kathryn knew the vehicle well and could answer any question. I was free to look around and test drive all in short notice. Various members of staff came up to me to make sure I was happy and offer drinks whilst I was awaiting for bit of paperwork. All in all a great experience all round.
Katherine was amazing ,.from the initial call ,.the video she sent displaying the car ,meeting her /the test drive, so smooth no sales pressure, everything explained,.still no sales pressure, we collect our car today , she's real credit to the dealership . 10/10 , will be recommending to family and friends
