I would recommend Vertu Ford Wigan to friends and family because I have always had a good experience with them when choosing a new car. Espically with David Brady, his always happy to help and goes above and beyond for his customers. He explained everything very well and stays in touch afterwards to check everything is ok.
I would recommend because everyone was super friendly and helpful and never once pressured me into buying anything extra they gave me time to think and make the right choice for me. Sam who guided me through the whole process was extremely helpful and I can’t thank her enough for helping me make the right choice with my new car.
I'd definitely recommend Vertu Ford Wigan because the vehicle selection is plenty, the customer service was excellent (John Craig) the price was very competitive, the vehicle itself was in fantastic condition and customer focused interaction during and after was excellent.
The experience at Vertu Ford Wigan was great because it was easy to reserve the vehicle and book a test drive for the next day. Liam was very friendly and in no way pushy. Lots of work carried out by the garage prior to delivery and a minor fix needed afterwards which was sorted easily and quicky.
