The staff at Vertu Ford Shirley were so understanding. I purchased my first car from them Last April. It was perfect . I actually recommended her to them and within a few months she had purchased a lovely car. A month ago I was involved in an accident where my car was written off. Thankfully not my fault After being so helpful the last time I went straight back to Tara and Romal at Vertu and they were so kind and understanding and patient with me and found another perfect car within days. As I am on my own i have to be careful with these matters but had no worry with them dealing with it or other members of Staff. All so friendly. Within a week I had my car and so pleased with it. Can't praise them enough.
I'd recommend Vertu Ford Shirley to a friend or family member. Although the dealership was far away from my house we made the effort to view a vehicle we were interested in. The vehicle was reasonably priced and appeared to a good standard. Having a Dealer guarantee made the purchase a lot easier as we knew we would be looked after if any issues arose, compared to buying a similair vehicle from a private seller. The final price that was agreed was very competitive compared to buying off of a private seller and I was told it wasn't generally a vehicle they would sell due to its age (2014) after getting it through part exchange. I'm glad they did and would urge them to continue offering vehicles like mine that are good examples and are value for money. Although there were some hiccups during the end to end buying process they were dealt with excellently and professionally by Alex Capezio! I have been majorly impressed with his aftercare on sales aswell. After having a few issues arise on delivery of the vehicle I contacted Alex to which he liaised with the service department and come to a resolution on the issues. I am really grateful for his efforts and extremely pleased with the outcome. Alex has been 10/10! I would also add that in the future if I was looking for a vehicle I would approach this dealership and ask specifically for Alex in the User Car Sales Department.
