The experience at Vertu Ford Bromley was good because I received a warm welcome from the staff who were courteous and helpful. Callum was attentive to what type of vehicle I was as looking for and met those requirements fully. He is an expert in his field and explained the details of the sale clearly and concisely ensuring I fully understood the transaction. He and the team (in particular Steve) were friendly and helpful along the way. I felt at ease while at the showroom and it was a positive experience. Others I interacted with were pleasant including the receptionist (Julie) who took several messages. I would highly recommend Vertu and would say it was a 10/10 experience.
I'd recommend Vertu Ford Bromley to anyone because the whole process of finding and choosing a car and dealing with the actual purchase was straightforward and I was given a great service by the salesperson, Jessica, who kept me fully informed about all the details and was extremely helpful .
