My experience at Vertu Ford Birmingham was positive because from start to finish everyone was quick and efficient with getting me a car within a short notice. Very grateful for Peter Gailitis, he took time to listen and understand what car i was looking for and delivered. Ben Baker for making calls for the delivery of my car from Derbyshire to Birmingham working around me with my work schedule during the time. Very professional and overall excellent service.
Vertu Ford Birmingham are great because they are carrying on the great traditions of Bristol Street Motors providing a first class service and having a range of cars to suit every pocket and need. Mark Selby, their representsative, was especially good as he listened very carefully to what I had to say and ensured that I bought a car which fitted my requirements.
