My experience at Vertu Citroën Derby was memorable because all the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, everything was sorted really quickly, there was a bit of damage to the grill and this was replace before I picked the car up. The car has been fully cleaned and valeted and was ready at a time that was convenient to me. I was really pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend this branch to friends and family.
The experience at Vertu Citroën Derby was fantastic because our salesman, Alex, very quickly and astutely adjusted his 'pitch' such that we felt as though WE were in control of the whole process and not vice versa. We told Alex that we had another car we wanted to see elsewhere, so, very cleverly, he asked us quite plainly and in a mutual way, what he had to do to secure the purchase there and then, so that we didn't have waste our time looking at 'yet another car', because we had looked at quite a few, as you do. He knew how my wife and I both felt about this car. He didn't try to push other used cars onto us, or even suggest that we should consider a brand new car. He paid very close attention to what we were looking for and needed in our new used car and he knew this was the right car for us. Thank you Alex.
I was happy with the service at Vertu Citroën Derby because Jason Lord was exemplary with his attention and helpfulness with completing my purchase, especially with the very difficult process encountered when taxing my car. This was because my licence wasn't available and we had to jump through over many hurdles to get it taxed. Jason is a true professional.
