It was a disaster after I decided to buy a vehicle from vertu chesterfield Toyota. I purchased a Toyota rav4 2023 model used vehicle with reg. YM23LHH at a price near £28k. In fact they were not only selling me a faulty vehicle, but also a dangerous vehicle to drive. They deliberately hide the fact that the car was repainted from a local garage and the vehicle radar system was faulty. While I asked for the service and repair history of the vehicle they showed and promised me that this vehicle had only the regular service. But straight after taking the delivery on the M1 motorway I was driving with my wife and 6 month old baby and the cruise control, line keep assist and braking system got collapse and we just escaped from a accident with other cars. I had to do an emergency braking on the M1. Then the following days also this issue continued. In fact in a week time I went to this showroom around 4 times after adjusting all my work and personal life schedules. End up in returning this car back to them. Again I had a fight to get back my deposit money and part exchanged car. Even I called the trading standards to get my money back from them. So don’t ever trust this dealership particularly if you are buying a used vehicle from them. Toyota is a very good brand and reliable one. But chesterfield vertu Toyota is not at all….
My experience at Vertu Toyota Chesterfield was positive because I felt valued by everyone from the moment I walked through the door. I was treated with kindness and respect. I knew what I wanted and what my budget was, and I was "heard". No hard sell, no effort to push anything on me. Things did not go 100% to plan with this purchase, but at every stage, I was kept informed, the situation was explained to me and it was clear to me that every decision was made in my best interest. Customer first. The staff are just genuinely nice people with a clear passion for what they do; not only the sales team but everyone on the phones that I spoke to and the technical team. I have already recommended Vertu Toyota Chesterfield to so many people... I think they think I'm on commission! I cannot thank everyone involved in my purchase enough for making me feel valued.
