Fantastic experience from start to finish. Lovely relaxed approach from Jordan. No pressure at all which was so refreshing! We were given the opportunity to test drive, Jordan was keen to make sure we got the van that was right for us. I've bought few cars over the years and this was hands down the best experience I've ever had!
We bought a vivaro off Jordan about a year ago for our company and all I can say is Jordan was amazing to deal with. He goes the extra mile to make sure you have an A1 van we left with a smile and still have that smile a year on. What made me remember how good he was is that we recently got another van from another local company and our experience was the complete opposite to the one we had from Jordan. Just a pity he didn't have the van we were looking for in stock. However live and learn. Keep up the good work Jordan your doing well!! Colin. Creation carpentry
You can judge a person truly when things don't go there way through no fault of their own. Jordan has been absolutely brilliant in his dealings with our business. We bought a older van that was part exchange by a customer he had dealt with a few times these vans he never really deals with he usually passes them on . He deals with quality low mileage newer vans . We had a problem locking the door he said no problem go to your local garage send me the bill and I will pay which he did . Then about a couple of weeks later the van develope what was considered by the mechanic to be a ECU faulty or a wiring fault . Not cost effective to fix so we had to return the van to his absolute credit he never missed a call never failed call us back and returned our money paid for the van .
