I am so pleased with smooth way the whole transaction took from the initial show room choosing which with the expert attention and detail John Ryan helped me with the right choice of car I needed for my usage. John Ryan kept me fully updated on the whole process making sure I knew where we were and the progress of the sale. Repeatedly trust ford failed to communicate and help with getting call-out engineers to help with vehicle problems. My calls and emails were ignored. Information wasn’t provided when needed. One of our vehicles was overfilled with oil to the point it was smoking and I had to email multiple times before getting any response as to why our vehicles were left worse off than before. Terrible customer service.
