I didn’t like the communication from the sales rep.. initially I went to see a vehicle, which he explained had been sold, which is fair enough, I left my name and number incase it fell through.. I left it 3 days and checked the website whereby it was still on.. I was not contacted.. I then contacted the agent and said I would be prepared to leave a deposit of £100 to keep the vehicle for 3 days they instead wanted at least £500 needless to say there was no deposit put down.. i then test drove the vehicle and found mould in the back.. don’t get me wrong the vehicle was clean and tidy on day of pick up. However was promised van mats and there has been no reply on communication.. I know this seems nit picking but when your concluding a deal of around £28k I would like it to be as if you were looked after from start to finish
Had a great experience with Andrew buying our Ford Kuga. It was the car I really wanted, but on receiving a few quotes, it became apparent it was out with our budget. Andrew managed to pull some strings and made it more affordable for us. We picked up our new car a week later and he even came in on his day off to accommodate us. Andrew didn’t come across as your typical sales man, he was calm, helpful and wasn't pushy, which put us at ease. Walked out the door as happy customers on day one and drove away even happier a week later, with our new purchase. Thank you Andrew, we are delighted.
Spent £26000 on a car but when i drove it out the car park an airbag light came on, also the sunroof doesnt open. Ford Direct are happy to book it in to get fixed but not until a month later meanwhile i have to drive round with my wife in a car with no working passenger airbag. Surly it should have been checked before being handed over. Poor service in my mind
I am so pleased with smooth way the whole transaction took from the initial show room choosing which with the expert attention and detail John Ryan helped me with the right choice of car I needed for my usage.
