I spoke with Chris Lawrence, he talked me through purchasing my car, he helped me with changing from a manual to an automatic, which initially was daunting, he helped with my Bluetooth, my tax and setting up an app with all my car info on, he is a very patient man Thank you Chris 👍👍👍

I was happy to find a friendly and very helpful sales executive who very professionally followed me from the test drive to collection day. I have been provided with all useful info about the car model I was interested in and finance options tailoring them to my needs. The whole process has been easy and smooth. I also received great customer service when I had issues connecting my device to the car I just purchased finding very quickly the solution to it.
Our salesman RICHARD STEWART was so helpful and informative to all our questions regarding my motability new car The Ford Kuga. He went out of his way to deal with any concerns. The staff handling my purchase were very good and a pleasure to deal with even though the system to facilitate the sale was not. Overcomplicated is not an overstatement. You have to laugh though. One further thought. The branch phone system could work a lot better. A lot of wasted time was involved when trying to use it.
