Brilliant service, really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble when collecting my new car. I feel safe knowing where it has come from and feel if I needed them they wouldn't hesitate to respond. Not that I think I will. Really would recommend. Very polite and genuine set of lads
Unfortunately I’ve had to change my review as overall it was a poor and disappointing experience. When I initially went to view and test the car Saf was lovely and answered my questions and claimed to ‘check’ their cars. But after a couple of days something wasn’t quite right. I took it to my garage for a second opinion and was told that the car hadn’t had a service for quite some time (which a service was agreed pre-visit by my account manager when enquiring) and that something wasn’t quite right with the clutch. I also found that all the wipers had split so needed replacing. Spoke to Saf first about oil change and parcel shelf and he told me to bring in and they’d sort it and order a new parcel shelf. I spoke to my finance company about all issues concerned. They advised me to speak to the dealership and give them the opportunity to fix them all. I spoke to Darren and I found him quite rude when I told him my concerns. He clearly wasn’t impressed and made me feel like an idiot as if I wasn’t aware it was a second hand car that came with some “wear and tear”. And if it “wasn’t broken they’re not fixing it” . It’s not my first car. So I brought the car in, told Saf about my concerns with previous experience with bad cars and little confidence since getting the car from them. As I didn’t notice before, I asked about the “recent service” they gave it and he said it was a basic one. I mentioned to him that based on the service book history the car clocked over 20k miles when they acquired it so it should have had a major service. He didn’t really comment. So he made a list of my concerns, agreed to service, clutch adjustment as it was too high (although it’s normal in KIA picantos), new parcel shelf and new wipers. Although I also mentioned one of the lights was out, he advised me it was a side light and wasn’t out. It definitely was. Saf said they’d sort it. Left the car with them till the following day. Picked the car up. I didn’t catch the guys name who dealt with me, but he brought the car back, again, I mentioned the light was still out. The guy told me it was a “turning light” so it will only come on when the wheel turns. It did not. At this point I feel like I’m being gaslit and had enough. They still haven’t replaced the missing parcel shelf. I ask the guy for an invoice for the work that’s been done for my records and for finance company. He told me he would get someone to email me the invoice. I left him my email and I’ve not heard from anyone since. I took the car to Halfords, who told me the broken light in question is a DRL and is on at all times when driving. I googled this just to confirm because I was beginning to loose my sanity over a bulb. Second hand car or not, It should not have been sold in that condition really. I believe there is more underlying issues but time will tell. I shouldn’t have to ask or return more than once about what was promised. It may “only be” a parcel shelf and a broken bulb but it also hadn’t had a proper service/oil/filter change in quite some time as it was corroded and the clutch was incredibly high and all the wipers had been split. To say “you check your cars” you did a very poor job and just wanted to get rid. Only credit I can give them for is they did a partial job with adjusting the clutch and an oil and wiper change. Still returned the car with broken light and no parcel shelf. Everyone’s experience is different. This was mine, really disheartening and frustrating. Unfortunately would not recommend.
I had a great experience buying a car from this dealership. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The. Team was knowledgeable approachable and happy to answer all my questions without being pushy. Driving away in my new car was a fantastic feeling and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend trinity motorz to anyone looking for a reliable and straightforward car buying experience we have gone back to buy a second car for our son really happy thank you very much
Good selection of well priced vehicles. friendly and communicated well. Dealt mainly with Saf. Vehicle I purchased was clean inside and out and low mileage for its age. Issue in warranty period was dealt with promptly and professionally. Would definitely consider again for future purchases.
