Have just purchased my new car from Jon at TM Car Sales and honestly i can’t fault them. From the first moment i spoke to Jon on the phone the customer service he provides is outstanding. The car needed a few things doing which delayed the process of me collecting but Jon always kept me informed along the way. It’s great to know a dealership that cares about the condition of the car they are selling you and making sure everything is in order before you drive off. I will be returning in the future for any further purchases i may make. Well done Jon and everyone at TM Cars for the work you do
Fantastic service, when I was purchasing a car, Jon was very helpful, such a pleasant and honest man, didn't feel no pressure at all within buying the car. I would highly recommend TM Car Sales to anyone that is looking for a decent honest company within purchasing a car. Thank you Jon and all the best ! Im a very happy man with a BWM 3 series :-) .
Avoid if selling via Motorway / Carwow. They bid high, but on collection attempted to reduce the price by \xa3850 citing “faults” that weren’t present. The car drove fine with no warning lights, and the tyres/bodywork were already accurately declared on the platform. This felt like a tactic to win the sale and renegotiate later, which was a waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend. Response to your comment: For clarity, the “fault codes” shown on the day were stored/historic codes, not active faults. They related to: (1) a headlight bulb that had already been replaced, (2) a TPMS warning that simply required a reset (tyres were fine), and (3) a common DSG clutch parameter/adaptation-related code which on its own is not evidence of a gearbox fault. Your inspector confirmed the car drove absolutely fine. After your visit, the car was scanned and road-tested by an independent mechanic. The codes were cleared, the vehicle was thoroughly test driven, and the codes did not return. The car drove normally with no warning lights. My issue remains that, after winning the Motorway sale, you attempted to reduce the agreed price by \xa3850 at collection based on these stored codes. If you have evidence of an active gearbox fault (live codes / repeatable symptoms), you’re welcome to share it. In the meantime, for anyone reading - I’d strongly recommend you avoid selling your car to this dealership.

I had a fantastic experience with TM car sales. From the moment myself and husband walked in, they were all welcoming, honest, and truly focused on helping me find the right car—not just making a sale. There was absolutely no pressure at any point, and they took the time to answer every question with patience and transparency. It’s rare to come across a salesperson with such a genuine heart in this industry. I really appreciated their integrity and how comfortable they made the whole process. I would highly recommend Jon to anyone looking for a stress-free and trustworthy car buying experience! A man of his word. Thank you once again. Owner of a new seat Leon
