I recently purchased a new car from The premium car collection, all my previous cars had been from main dealers so i was not sure what level of service i would receive, i didnt need to worry. Will the salesman was fantastic, really nice to deal with and great communication, there was no pressure and he gave me options i didnt know they could do, all the members of the team i met were really friendly so overall it was a really nice experience, oh and i love the car, thankyou TPCC
I cannot rate this company highly enough, not only do they hand pick the finest examples, the car was fairly priced with a professional and friendly sales team. I purchased a MK2 Ford Focus R/S with a Mountune 375 Certification. My sales executive was Will who made the whole process seem less with regular updates up to collection. The car was sold to me with a comprehensive history but unfortunately due to the previous owner misplacing the Mountune Certificate (I was made aware of during the sale) However Will worked tirelessly to make sure this missing paperwork was found and as a back up he booked my car in to a Mountune Specialist to be re certified but before the car was seen, the previous owner sent the paperwork to Will who kindly posted it to me. This company are several hours away from where we live but I will now only use them for future purchases as they delivered on every level.
Cant compliment the premium car collection enough. Absolutely the smoothest car purchase I've had. Salesmen are not pushy i traded in my other car and was exactly as discussed no hassles at all. One of the best garages I've dealt with Car was fitted with new discs and pads. Brand new yokohama tyres i purchased an Audi S3 from them and can't fault anything I done a 7 hour return journey to purchase the car Reading there reviews I had full confidence in doing so. Will and the team were fantastic throughout my buying experience, the car was prepped to an amazing standard. Having previously mainly bought from main dealers, my experience with the guys at the premium car collection was significantly better than any buying experience in the past. Will be going back to purchase my next car without a doubt.
