Bad customer service. I bought a car from Them in 1 month I had to go back to them 5 times for the same fault. I had a mechanical issue to get hold of them was an issue they don’t pick the phone up you call them and they lock the phone off on you the customer and staff are rude will not recommend
I purchased my car from this dealership in October 2025, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing from start to finish. To begin with, I was told the car was ready for collection, but when I arrived it wasn’t there. I had to wait several more days before I could finally collect it. Before I bought the car, I was promised several things by the salesperson, Hasib. There was a dent on the door, which they did repair. However, they also promised to remove the tow bar and provide a full tank of petrol. Neither of these promises was honoured. I have these conversations saved on text message. Within a week of collecting the car, the tyre pressure warning light came on. I took it back, and they arranged for two tyres to be replaced. About two weeks later, the warning light came on again. I took the car to another garage, where I was told the tyres fitted were below the legal tread limit and should never have been put on the vehicle. I then had to return to the garage that originally fitted them, who contacted Car Traders and eventually replaced the tyres again. Since then, the ABS warning light has come on. When I contacted the dealership, I was told I would have to pay £100 just for a diagnostic because my warranty had expired.I am now left with a faulty car and zi now have to take money from my own pocket for repairs. This is particularly frustrating because I was originally promised a six-month warranty. When I went to collect the car, I was told it had been reduced to three months because the six-month offer had ended. However, I purchased the car while the six-month warranty was still being advertised. Overall, I have had repeated problems, broken promises, and poor after-sales service. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership.
Test drove a car elsewhere and liked it, found the same make and model with NT traders so purchased it without seeing it, the finance and everything went through swimmingly and was delivered in a couple of days, car is exactly as appeared on the website, I am chuffed to bits with it, had very responsive and professional service all the way through, can't fault them, top dealership!
