It would be no stars if that was on option. From start to finish my experience with these 'people' has been awful. In march 26 I bought a Ford kuga from these for 7 and a half grand. Very soon it was clear that the car was experiencing misfiring issues and had a hole in the exhaust. From that point on there was nothing but poor communication and lies. They had the kuga twice for repairs, a total of 14 days where clearly no repairs was carried out (first time the car wouldn't start and I had to get it recovered and transported to them) and all that seemed to be done was the engine management light being turned off. I eventually made the decision to return the car and ask for a partial refund. They still have not paid my refund, despite now being over due. Also the Ford kuga is back on auto trader- WP66GZC! Do not buy that car or any car from them. Awful human beings !
