I have to share my experience again with these scam artists I bought a berlingo van from them and it\u2019s give me nightmares ever since I\u2019ve had to replace the clutch the gearbox and loads of pipes the van keeps going into limp mode I haven\u2019t even received my logbook yet and they won\u2019t tell me what\u2019s going on with that I was meant to have warranty then they told me I didn\u2019t there a scam keep well away all there good reviews are fake and not verified I also heard they get someone to take the lights of the dash so they sell to people with faults please do not use this company there a fraud at it\u2019s highest keep well aware !!!!!!
Paid thousands over the odds for a vehicle a berlingo van it was faulty from the day I bought it they said I had 3 months guarantee and lied to me !!!! Logbook still not received either keep away from this firm they\u2019ll rip you off and con you out of thousands they never ever respond and just want your money there 5 star reviews on here are fake and aren\u2019t verified please keep away from this firm there conmen at it\u2019s finest !!!!
We purchased our van with Harry who assisted us with the spec we were after, the test drive and getting the vehicle ready for collection. Harry and staff were very friendly, they looked after us well! There is no complaints and look forward to driving our used vehicle. Thank you guys \U0001f603 \u2026
Purchased a Ford transit Van MWB from here costing about \xa315000. Had to replace the clutch after 3 months of purchasing!!! The day I purchased the van they kept it and said they are doing a 'service for the van' so collect it after 2 days. A year later i went to someone for my next service, it came to light there was NO FILTER PUT IN at the last service with Thameside vehicles!! We were shocked. There were plastic bags stuck in the vehicle and now possibly damage. Would not recommend. Save your money and purchase elsewhere. Photos attached where there was no filter with the bag that was stuck!!!!!
