Honest garage, honest people We purchased a car from this garage unfortunately the car had some faults once we had taken it home. TG cars sent a lorry for the car to be collected and fixed no charge and gave us a courtesy car. Unfortunately the car Couldn\u2019t be fixed within the time needed and a full refund was given for the car with no hassle and no problems amazing people and would certainly go back to them it is not very often you find genuine garage and car sales people. Thank you for all of your genuine help and honesty.
I honestly can\u2019t recommend this garage enough. Gethin and the team are super customer focused and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. The whole process went smoothly and was stress free. It\u2019s very rare to find a car sales company that cares so much about their customers and take pride in what they do! If you want a customer focused car sales team, then T G Car sales is the place to go. I wouldn\u2019t hesitate to return in the future. Keep up the fantastic work Gethin and team!
We bought a fiesta for my son from T G Car Sales, in January, to replace his car that was stolen. After weeks of looking, we found a fabulous fiesta with good service history etc. The sales person was lovely to deal with, and we didn't feel at all pressurised. Thank you for such good service.
Got a car from TG Sales just under a year ago. At the time of purchase they were very helpful, welcoming and polite. This last week or so I ran into some issues with another garage who I had to call to rescue me from a break down. The garage charged my battery / took it on a test drive, but told me I didn\u2019t need a replacement yet, and charged me more for that service than a replacement battery + labour would cost. The whole experience was awful. I received my car back and it started once upon delivery, then failed again and wouldn\u2019t start at all. I contacted TG as a last case scenario to see if they could help. I received so much advice through multiple phone calls with them and they advised me to replace my battery and see how that goes. I replaced the battery and everything started working normally again. Due to the horrible experience I had with the other garage who advised me there was an underlying non diagnosable electrical fault, I was since paranoid to drive it worrying I would break down again. I was told to bring the car down to TG sales so that they could perform electrical tests on it for my reassurance\u2026 and they even said they would send a rescue van to me if I broke down on the way. Everything passed and it was just the battery. They didn\u2019t even charge me for this and were so kind and helpful during the whole experience. Cannot thank them enough and they have really shown that there is still kindness and decent businesses in the world! Highly recommend their services.
We went to T&G Cars sales to buy a replacement car for my wife. Gethin let us look around the cars on his forecourt which I found refreshing as we did not feel under any pressure to purchase. Having found a the car we wanted we had a test drive. We located a small issue with the car and Gethin immediately told us he would have the car looked over and any costs he would pick up. Gethin was true to his word. It was really refreshing to find a salesperson that put the customer and their needs first. He was extremely friendly and professional. I would thoroughly recommend T&G cars sale and will definitely be going back when we need to replace any of our vehicles in the future. Fantastic gem of a garage, after being to 5 local garages with cars over priced and in poor condition, this garage was a breathe of fresh air! As soon as I turned up there I felt confident that the cars were well looked after and were reasonable prices. No sales push whatsoever, we were able to view cars at our lesiure and find the perfect 1st car for my daughter which was in amazing condition!! Aswell as this a brand new MOT and full service was done. Gethin went over and above helping us to get everything sorted and a quick turnaround.
I purchased a car last July for my grandson from TG Car Sales and was very pleased with it. Unfortunately it had a Turbo malfunction at the beginning of December, this is a fault that you cannot predict. I contacted Gethin at T G Car sales and his immediate response was to collect the car and replace the turbo and even put a new MOT on the vehicle all at no cost to me. I am most impressed with the service and attitude of Gethin. It is most refreshing and rare to find a business in the retail sector with such honesty and integrity. Was looking for a cheap car to get me from a2b and went straight to see gethin & George, I have had 2 cars from them in the past, fantastic service, spotted a little citroen online, emailed gethin got a response within 20 mins, popped up for a look, no hassle, just here's the keys, go and see the car. Then handed me trade plates for me to take it for a drive. Superb service from both, my go to whenever I need a car 5 star service
