AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! The most careless and unprofessional garage you will ever come across. - Mix ups with booking my car in for service and mot. - Name spelt incorrectly on 3 separate occasions by staff at the branch, which meant I had to provide ID to confirm my own name. - Miss quoting by £600 for work necessary. - 45 miles taken off the range, which has been 'explained'. - Car washed by Stevie Wonder, potentially damaging my car paint. - Tyre pressure warning light not reset after changing a tyre. - 3 months later and I have had 2 emails and 1 missed phone call to resolve. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Treated professionally from the time I arrived in my vehicle through to the time I returned to collect. Having handed over my keys I collected a courtesy vehicle to use while my Dash Cam was being fitted. Received the customary phone call later that afternoon to confirm my vehicle was ready for collection. It was in the hand-over area when I returned having been cleaned both inside and out. I was guided through the functions of the App linked through to the Dash Cam before leaving the premisses.
Brought my BMW X3 in for a replacement DPF sensor today having booked in the previous week only to be contacted an hour after arrival and told that the part is unavailable, on back order and can’t be found anywhere, at first they refused to provide the part number so I could source one myself saying they had already ordered one for me and can’t return it. Funny they never told me they had ordered one or asked me if I wanted them to and a quick search online shows they gave me a load of BS as the part is readily available, what’s going on with these clowns. Steer clear, they just take liberties with customers and can’t be trusted.
I recently had an absolutely fantastic experience with the team here. Purchasing and sorting out my Mercedes A-Class could not have been handled better. Shihad in Sales was brilliant to deal with, and Zoe, the administrator, made all the paperwork completely smooth and stress-free. We did have a couple of complicated technical hiccups after taking the car regarding a flat battery and getting the Mercedes me app connected, but Paige, the New Car Sales Manager, completely saved the day. She went above and beyond to sort everything out for us, she arranged a brand-new genuine battery, waived the diagnostic fees, threw in a premium valet as a goodwill gesture, and even overrode the system to get my app working perfectly. It is rare to find a dealership that cares this much about aftercare. Huge thank you to Shihad, Zoe, and especially Paige for their outstanding customer service!
The staff are very friendly, easy to approach and are incredibly helpful at getting you the best possible deal. What I did like is the attention to detail during the handover of the car, they go to extra effort to leave a lasting impression. Covering the car in the reveal cover and then revealing the car to you in the special garage bay was a very nice touch. The other freebies with the purchase were also very much appreciated. A very polished dealership with some great staff. Special mention to Vik who handled our purchase from start to finish.
