Annual Service and diagnose Aircon fault... Excellent once again. From booking in the car to dropping it off and collecting a courtesy car.... Receiving telephone update and vehicle health check video.... Car ready on time and prompt handover at the end of the day... I have never had such a bad garage for my cars in my life. I took my C class Hybrid 2018 in as the car had shut down in the middle of the road and was undrivable. The guy who picked me up (not from mercedes) hooked the car up and showed me the fault. I took a picture of this and sent it to mercedes hudds. They told me I needed a new TCU (transmission control unit and this would fix the problem, £2400 and 3 weeks later the car has now done the same thing. They are making me pay ANOTHER £180 for a second diagnostic, after having the audacity to send an emailing stating "we have looked at the car and the engine warning light is not because of our last work". I feel that they are doing everything to try to get out of admitting that either they missed it the last time or misdiagnosed the issue. They are also telling me that the 2 lower front suspenssion arms are completely knackered but cannot provide the evidence that they told us this last time. Look at the website car dealer review and this gives a better truth of this garage, never getting back to you, never answering the phone and although Harriet has been good with me the service department never communicate with the rest of the dealership.
