I had an absolutely disastrous experience with this Mercedes dealer. I purchased a Mercedes GLS for £73,000, and within 24 hours, I noticed a critical issue with the software update and the MBUX system. I returned the car immediately within 24 hours, but after a few days in the garage, the issue was still there. I had to contact customer services, and they sent breakdown assistance to my home two or three times, but it was never resolved. To make matters worse, they scratched the car while it was in the garage. After all this, I tried to return the car under the UK’s 30-day return law, but since it was under manufacturer warranty, I still had the right to either return or repair it. Despite my efforts, they refused to accept the return of the vehicle . I was forced to sell the car to another dealer at a massive loss within 2 months from purchase. This was a complete nightmare—avoid this dealer at all costs! Also Mercedes UK promised to deal with this matter, not a single email or phone call. Extremely disappointed! Stay away!

Usually very pleased with the service I receive however on this occasion I am still waiting for a call back regarding a warranty issue and a service issue. There was also slight damage caused to the rear of the car but this was dealt with by the valeting team polishing out.
