Well what can I say. Haven had a horrific experience with Porsche Chester, my expectations were pretty low from dealerships. Then I contacted Michelle at Wilmslow. With a virtual hug my car was in and repaired to a high standard. Alan kept me updated and explained the fault with the car ( something Chester couldn’t do) Even when picking the car up ( cleaned to a high standard) they went over the car with me. Absolute fantastic experience. Many thanks team !!

Awful car, rude, unprofessional staff. Watch their attitude & interest change the second they have your money. "Audi Approved Used" scheme is absolutely pointless. C Connolly is without doubt the worst "manager" I have experienced in 30+ years, his influence on the dealership is obvious. If you do have to buy an Audi & I wouldn't recommend it, save your self a lot of money & hassle & buy it elsewhere.
