During my search for a car, I had engaged with several local dealers and had explained to each of them why I was in the market for new car (forced to buy one due to being rear-ended and my old car being written off by my insurers). Stow Car Company were the only ones who expressed a normal human reaction to hearing I had been in an accident. Every other dealer I spoke with were only interested in the accident insofar as it related to me not having a vehicle to trade in as part of any future purchase (depressing, but true). At time of writing I've had my new (used) car from Stow for around 2 months. So far the car has driven flawlessly. It was inspected/prepped before collection, with documented evidence provided of the works carried out. The car was supplied with a fresh MOT, serviced, and some essential parts/consumables replaced as part of said prep. The car came with 6 months RAC Platinum warranty (never say never but, I'll be surprised if its needed). Belt and braces: since owning the car I've also taken it to a main dealer (for third party verification) for brand-specific checks on the hybrid system and a general visual safety inspection, all of which have, as was expected, come back green. Stow Car Company appear to be 'fussy' about the quality of the cars they offer, which is to the benefit of their customers. For me and my needs, they had the right make/model with the right balance of age, mileage, condition, spec, price, service, quality assurance and aftercare. When the time comes where I need another car, I'll be surprised if I don't end up buying from Stow again.
I'd recommend Stow Car Company to anyone because then team made you feel relaxed as soon as you enter their premises. No pressure sales tactics at all. They tell you exactly what the car has or needs and if you require something you feel it needs they get it done, no drama. Overall it was a great pleasure and certainly worth the drive from London to find our new car. Thanks team :)
