Fantastic experience with Stoke Audi, but the real standout has been Neal Martin. His customer service has been second to none from start to finish. Neal first helped me find a new car when my previous contract came to an end, and when that car was unfortunately written off, he went above and beyond to help me secure another vehicle within my budget. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he kept me informed every step of the way. His professionalism, communication and genuine willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Neal is a huge credit to Stoke Audi, and I honestly can\u2019t thank him enough for everything he has done. Highly recommended, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both him and the dealership. Thank you for the outstanding service!
Bought a used approved e-Tron GT in March and they've had it longer than I have! They had it for 2 weeks in March/April due to a shocking wheel refurb attempt, and the aircon not working. When it returned, the wheels were fine but the aircon was still faulty. Had to wait another 3 weeks with no cooling in the hot weather until they could give me a courtesy car. Stupidly, I put a Maxton kit on the car otherwise I would've rejected it under the consumer rights act. They've had my car since 7th May and said the parts would be in the 1st of June. Now they're saying the part is on factory back order with no date of when I'll get my car back. They've had my car now for a further 5 weeks !This will be my first and last Audi, and I certainly won't be recommending Stoke Audi anytime soon!
Fantastic service every time, my first encounter with Stoke Audi was when I was in need of a locking wheel nut key, a member of staff from the parts department bought a master set out to my vehicle, matched the socket I needed and even went as far as to remove my locking wheel nut so I could get my tyres replaced. My second encounter was today when I needed some very niche parts that I knew wouldn\u2019t be off the shelf items, the parts advisor quickly sourced the parts and was able to get them delivered to their branch the same day, having contacted different Audi dealers to be told 3-4 days hearing that I can get the parts the same day and have my vehicle back on the road was a massive relief,
Great car dealer. The car was a little different to what was expected so they cancelled the order at my request and quickly refunded my deposit. It's rare when a car dealer acts so well in the interests of the customer. I strongly recommend Stoke Audi as they put the customer first. A big shout out to Mateusz on sales who was knowledgeable, efficient and always of good humour. This dealer has the right formula and I strongly recommend them for your new or used car purchase.

His knowledge, patience, and customer care made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I drove away in my new car feeling genuinely happy with my choice.
