Just received my new Vauxhall Frontera electric car. From start of the initial lease application to vehicle delivery everything was handled efficiently and straightforward. I would like to thank Stephen Rice for keeping me up to date and handling everything for me. Would definitely recommend 5stars
I bought aAlfa Tonale Veloce 18 months old 7190 miles and Alfa certified. it was returned within a week and refunded. It was given to me with TPMS warning light on and they said it would reset after driving. 75 miles later it remained on. The following day it broke down twice. Alfa assistance (RAC) came out and said that the car had not been checked and there were 16 faults in the system. The response from the management was appauling letting the young Sales man (George)to front the issues. He was helpful and without his direct Whatsapp number I would not have been able to speak to anyone. The initial response was to return the car and let them have a look at it (150 mile round trip) RAC gave me a report to say do not drive. NOT WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM AN ALFA MANIN DEALER AVOID
Had to get a new(used) car after getting crashed in to and my car being written off. On the first visit while I was having a mooch about with my wife we were helped by a young gent called George, really helpful and no pushyness at all, just gave us what we needed to know. Came back a few days later to get the car and George wasn’t in so Naresh helped us out. I hate doing this sort of adulting even when it’s by choice but he walked us through the steps, made it super easy, stress free and made sure when we picked it up anything we had spoken about was done. Whole experience from end to end was top notch, really friendly staff and would defo recommend!
