From the start of my visit for replacing airbag devices the experience was professional and slick. Checked in, take a seat and within a few minutes Tony (Service Manager) came over to the waiting area. Explained my options and when the action was completed came back to show me the car - freshly cleaned too. Answered a couple of questions. A complete contrast to the non-service at another local branch, so glad I changed to B'ham North.
I Would have given no stars if Possible. I booked on line to have an MOT and Service for the 30th June as the MOT is due then but unfortunately I had to Change the booking on the 8/6/26 to the 23rd of June due to work commitments. I received confirmation shortly after with the 23/6/26 booked. To my surprise I received an email today saying it had been moved back to the 30th. I rang the service dept. at the Windsor street garage who then said the 23rd was fully booked and to re book another date , he was very unhelpful so I had to Cancel which has caused problems. I might also add that I tried calling a number of times and was left waiting on hold and eventually cut off. After receiving some very good service by the used car sales I now feel totally abandoned and the after sales is nothing short of Diabolical. I will never buy another car from Stellantis and would advise anybody considering buying a car from them to think twice.
We recently purchased our new car and had an excellent experience thanks to Flynn McGrath and Oz. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all our questions, kept us informed at every stage, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Their knowledge, honesty, and commitment to customer service really stood out, and we never felt pressured at any point. We are absolutely delighted with our new car and grateful for the outstanding support we received from both Flynn and Oz. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. My car was in for a recall and a diagnostic check. I had to drive from Morecambe and at first was told id have to wait several hours but the young man who dealt with me was really helpful and managed to get it done sooner. My car was sorted and came back to me washest and hoovered, I was very happy with the result. All staff were really nice and was able to help myself to hot and cold drinks.
If I could give minus stars, I would. This is the second car I’ve bought from Stellantis & You, and both experiences have been incredibly disappointing. My previous car (also from them) developed major electrical faults and other issues after just 4,000 miles and less than two years. I ended up selling it back to them at a £14,000 loss. Hoping for something more reliable and safe, I bought a brand new Citroën C3 2025. And after 1 year and just 1,000 miles later, the car won’t start. The RAC is currently towing it back to Stellantis & You with over 30 faults, including loose live wires that aren’t connected to anything — simply spare wires left exposed. Once again, I’ve been driving a dangerous vehicle for A YEAR! As usual, Stellantis & You have been completely unhelpful. They seem more interested in shifting blame than resolving the problem. I’m already pursuing a case with the Motor Ombudsman and taking legal action over the previous car, yet they still show no urgency or care. Buyers beware: They’re very friendly and helpful when you’re purchasing the car, but after-sales service is nonexistent. Unless you’re prepared to escalate to the ombudsman or take them to court, don’t expect them to replace or properly fix your vehicle. I genuinely wish I had never bought from them. I thought they were reputable car dealers but Ive literally had dodgy second hand car dealers with better cars and more integrity than Stellantis. Now I am thousands of pounds out of pocket and once again with no car.
I have never dealt with a main dealer quite like this. 95% of the time no-one picks up the phone. On the 5% of times that they do, someone promises to get someone else to call me back. This never happens! It has so far taken seven months for them to try and submit a warranty claim on my behalf. Endless promises and excuses and no action. Each time I have had to make a one-hour round trip to the dealer to obtain these empty promises in person (as no-one answers the phone). Also serviced my car and didn't change the spark plugs at the point clearly specified in the Alfa Romeo service documentation. The plugs failed couple of months later. I had to replace them at my own expense. Their excuse - "we sold you the wrong service plan and then serviced it according to that, not the manufacturer's specification!" This is supposedly a main dealer!!! No offer to put things right. Absolute shambles of a service department with absolutely zero interest in customer care.
I recently collected my new Peugeot from Peugeot Croydon and wanted to thank both Alexander and Henry for their excellent service. Alexander was the first person I dealt with, and his honesty and genuine advice played a big part in my decision to buy the car. When it came to collecting the car, Henry looked after everything while Alexander was away. He was welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful. He made the handover very smooth and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you both for making the whole experience a positive one. I’m delighted with my new car.
