We are extremely disappointed with our recent experience with Stellantis. Our 2019 DS7 Crossback was booked into an authorised Stellantis dealership for recall work relating to the DPF. At the time, the vehicle also had an illuminated engine fault warning. The warning light remained on when the vehicle was returned to us, and we were given no explanation, advice or recommendation that the fault required urgent investigation. Since then, despite repeated attempts to contact the dealership by telephone and email, we have received no meaningful response. The situation has now deteriorated to the point where the vehicle has gone into limp mode and required roadside recovery, leaving us stranded and facing additional recovery and repair costs. We appreciate that recall work does not necessarily include repairing unrelated faults. However, when a vehicle is returned to a customer with an active engine fault warning, we believe it is reasonable to expect that the issue is at least identified, explained and recorded, with clear advice on whether it is safe to continue driving or whether further diagnosis is required. We are now left wondering whether this situation could have been avoided had the matter been addressed or properly communicated when the vehicle was in the dealership’s care. We hope Stellantis will investigate what happened, explain why our concerns have been ignored, and work with us to resolve the matter fairly.

They can't arrange an ev demonstrator medium commercial van to test drive. I have tried for several months, so I might as well go to a competitor that is more than happy and capable of providing an ev demonstrator. It is almost like they don't want to sell an EV but would rather push ICE stock.
Tried to obtain the Service history to my peugeot and after 10 calls to dealers - one person went out of his way to help - Paul Sharkey at Preston. Dealerships are run on relationships and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to visit preston and speak to Paul. breath of fresh air.
