Di not purchase from them bought a astra in Nov 2024 had nothing but problems from first week paid \xa33.700 .00 tried sorting it with them to no avail .they offered for it to be repaired at Bournemouth but being as independent garage told us thr engine was shot to pieces after paying for different things to be done to it we have now sold it for spares so we lost 3 thousand pounds .the owners did nt answer phone to us and if they did would hang up on you .they should nt be aloud to get away with what they do to peaple.looking at the reviews we aren't the only ones theyve ripped off .maybe it's about time trading standards looked into this company.thry must get there cars from auctions and don t even look at them before selling to public .horrible company dtay clear off them .
Awful company. Bought a van few months back and had nothing but problems. Rang multiple times and he answered just once after trying so many many times previously. He seemed dis interested. The van currently is off the road ford have told me the codes have needed to be wiped for some time.
The only review that we can leave is appalling and buyers beware !! Check what your buying independently ! Bought a van which is not fit for purpose after just one week ... don't be fooled by the consumer act as " YOU " have to prove he knew it was faulty when you purchased. If it like ours had 10 mths , you don't have a leg to stand on as he knows the consumer act word for word we sunk all our spare money into the purchase and subsequently lost our business...\U0001f44e\U0001f44ebeware of this business
Well what can I add.shocking ,shameful and appalling. I don't need to write this in capitals or be abusive. But we lost our business because we bought a 62 plate Peugeot van 15500 miles on the clock.we traded in a very nice car total value was 4500 so stupidly expected the van to last a while.silly nieve us!It lasted a week before the engine management light came on and it went into limp mode.mr Thomas the garage gofer did say they could look at it but after reading the warranty we realised we would be charged for the work which for a new dpf filter its 1000.the warranty is only worth 250 max.so we have lost our money and our business thank you so much mr cooper or who ever you are!!!
