I recently purchased a Lamborghini Urus from SM Specialist and couldn\u2019t be happier with the experience. I part-exchanged my new-generation Audi R8 V10 and from start to finish the whole process was incredibly smooth and straightforward. The Urus itself is absolutely stunning \u2013 a high-quality, well-maintained example that has clearly been looked after to a very high standard. Highly recommend this dealership. The customer service was excellent from start to finish\u2014welcoming, helpful, and completely pressure-free. The vehicle itself was in fantastic condition, having been fully checked by their own garage and given a fresh MOT before collection. It also came with a warranty included. They guys go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant experience.
We dealt with James through our buying process. As nervous customers (due to past trauma with garages), we had a list of questions which he did not hesitate to answer professionally. Due to us having to travel to collect the car later in the week, he sent over everything we needed in preparation for a quick handover. We left having recieved a lovely package filled with goodies for us, the children and the car. Which for us was a massive gesture. Friendly staff, lovely garage with a wide range of vehicles. I bought a car from SM Specialist and the service was excellent from start to finish. Before I even viewed the car, they sent photos, videos, and all the paperwork for me to review, which I really appreciated. On the day of purchase, they were very reassuring and professional, which gave me the confidence to go ahead with the car.
