We had such a lovely experience buying our car! It was my first time going through the process, so I was a little nervous and didn\u2019t really know what to expect, but Will was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was so helpful and patient with us, explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel really easy and stress-free. You could tell he genuinely wanted to help rather than just make a sale, which made such a difference. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for a car. The salesman Will was fantastic from the moment I entered the forecourt to calling me after I had collected the car to make sure everything was ok. He is a great asset to the team. Also the other gentleman who was there when I took the car away he was very helpful and friendly. They also were so efficient when there was a small issue after a couple of days they had it sorted within a day. I will recommend anyone I know who is looking for a new car speaks to these guys
I recently bought a VW Transporter from SM Cars, they happily removed the racking that I asked them to do prior to collecting the vehicle. Serviced and replaced cambelt and waterpump. They went above and beyond, noticed my air conditioning wasn\u2019t working 6 weeks after collecting the van and they replaced my AC compressor and re gassed the system free of charge. Thanks again guys. I\u2019ll definitely return if I\u2019m ever in the need to buy a new vehicle. 10/10.
Brought a car over the last few days and Will has been absolutely brilliant. Went in on Sunday to look at a particular car we\u2019d seen online and he was so welcoming and helpful. Really took the time to show us the car properly and go through all paperwork. We said yes straight away, the buying process took a little time on my behalf, however Will remained so patient and made us feel really relaxed. Went to pick up the car today (two days later) and Will again was brilliant, stayed over closing time to ensure we were happy with everything and make final payments. Had it not been for Will the whole experience wouldn\u2019t have been half as enjoyable as it was, he really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy with everything. Will - thank you for making our experience with you so lovely, we really appreciate the time you took with us on both days. You\u2019re a lovely lad and we wish you nothing but the best for the future! (Also deserves a pay rise).
