Purchased an Audi TT from Riverside on 11 August 2026. Within days, I experienced several issues, including coolant loss/warning light, 2nd gear stiffness, a loud driver's window noise, defective rear trim and poor alloy wheel condition, with marks becoming visible after only a few days. I am extremely disappointed with both the condition of the vehicle and how the situation has been handled. The matter is now being dealt with through the appropriate channels. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to buy a car from Riverside Car Sales.
Shane and Charlie were fantastic when dealing with me and any questions I had where answered and respectfully. Shane was very warm and welcoming when first entering he put me at ease and Charlie even moved my new car for me so it was easier for me to drive away, could not recommend them enough, thank you so much
