Literally deserve negative stars. Purchased a mazda from these guys for \xa34,500 roughly, had to give them a deposit just to test drive the car, was told it would get a full service upon purchase which clearly wasn't done. Also requested it to be undersealed which they agreed to. Requested that I want proof of all this being done they say not so problem, go to pick up the car and no paperwork. Hmmmm. As it turns out there was a bodged repare job on the exhaust done by them to get it through the mot and is now in need of a full exhaust replacement the power steering pump is on it's way out which is a stuidly expensive part from mazda. The top coat on the bumper is peeling away (something I couldn't see as they park there cars bumper to bumper) with a lot having dents probably from them moving the cars around so much and they put a poor leaking battery in it which is now eating away at the brackets. And the rear plate was held on with putty which has ripped the paint off when removing the plate so to top it off the boot now needs a respray. Overall I'm looking at over \xa32000 in repairs for a car I've only own for less than the warranty period. Oh and just to add insult to injury there "warranty" is useless. Absolute joke of a company and wouldn't trust them with anything. Defintily wont get a car from them again and definitely will make sure no one I know get a car from them. It is disgusting how much they will lie for money.
