Really great customer service from Mindau. Knowledgable, professional and thorough and the (VW Polo) car we purchased (November 2025) is very impressive. Mindau and the team clearly take pride in their business and the cars they provide. Highly recommended. A great experience.
Got a great car from Rely with a fair price. The sales guy was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Spotted a bit of rust on the inside of the fuel filler flap, told the guys at rely and they fixed it before we picked up the car. Even gave the car a new service and MOT before we collected it even though the MOT had been done recently, really reassuring. They even have their own garage so they can take car of the car after purchase. I'd recommend them to anyone in the Fife area. Cheers guys - love the car.
Would thoroughly recommend Rely Motors to anyone seeking a quality used car with low milage.I recently bought one and was immediately impressed by the service ,reception and courtesy. In fact although I had paid for it they would not let it go until a final valet was completed. Later I found a minor issue with the rear brakes and these were replaced without a quibble. Other dealers should take notice!
Absolutely unacceptable and unsafe MOT practice. This MOT station passed a car just two months ago that should have been an immediate fail under VOSA regulations. The vehicle has severe corrosion and rust throughout the subframe and surrounding structural areas \u2014 the kind of dangerous damage that any competent tester would have instantly identified. Either this garage completely ignored basic safety standards or deliberately chose to overlook serious faults. In either case, it\u2019s a serious breach of trust and safety. I\u2019ll be reporting this to the DVSA for investigation. If you value your safety or anyone else\u2019s on the road, avoid this MOT station at all costs.
Hello! I have recently bought a car from RELY MOTORS Ltd - a rare car dealership who do not pressurise the customers' choice. I was told knowledgably about all the features of the car, it's history and possible concerns. I had a wee issue with the car that I discovered next day after the purchase - the company straight away suggested paying for fixing it. The service matches the company's name - you can fully trust and rely on them. I'd like to thank the team for a friendly nature of all the workers and a charming attitude to the customers.
