I phoned RB Cars to arrange a viewing of a vehicle, I explained I was travelling down from Sheffield by train and to hold the car until I arrived. Darren assured me he would do this, on arrival Darren introduced himself with a handshake and a big smile, this is very important for me from the get go. I got a good feeling as the car lot was very clean with good quality vehicles, presented, first impressions of being very professional. The car was everything it was in the pics and description, we headed for the office and struck a deal. Darren filled in the paperwork, also taxed it for me. He got the valeter to give the windows a clean and check the oil as I was travelling a long way, overall a pleasant transaction. I can honestly say this is probably the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle, past experiences I could always find fault and not altogether happy. All in all I couldn\u2019t fault and would 100% recommend RB Cars to anyone. Thankyou Darren, you\u2019re a top guy. A1+
Yet again fantastic service from Russ and Luke ... Always polite and helpful, always found them honest and reliable. They have helped us with several cars in our family over the last 6 years with various degrees of prices depending on our situation at the time. When we were looking for a particular model/make in a price range, Russ obliged by sourcing one for us within our price range. Thank you R B Cars as always keeping us with wheels.
