Car was exactly the standard as stated. This is not your normal used car dealer, this company is definitely a cut above the rest in every sense but especially in quality and In customer care. Joel the manager at prime motors is not your normal blagger he was genuine and professional at all times and when I had a minor issue with a wiper blade he couldn't of been more apologetic and sorted as quickly as he possibly could and sourced a genuine Mercedes wiper arm which arrived the next day I was quite happy to go to halfords but he insisted I have a genuine Mercedes part the whole experience was a 5 star one and i am absolutely delighted with my new Mercedes and can't thank Joel enough and everyone at prime motors a super company thankyou vert very much
When buying a previously-enjoyed car it is important to feel comfortable with the dealer. Prime Motors are extremely professional and went out of their way to put right some minor issues with the 12-year old car I bought from them, at considerable expense to them. I cannot fault their attention to detail, and the communication while these issues have been sorted has been exemplary. Joel was very helpful throughout, and I cannot but commend Prime Motors. They sell very fine cars, and have the required expertise. Highly recommended.
It is was good to visit Prime Motors and their cars are mechanically sound. It's the second time my family have purchased from them. We were recommend to them by a friend who knows a mechanic that works there and they've always proved to be reliable and trustworthy. Prices seem in line with everywhere else
