I bought my Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG (W204) from this company and my experience has been terrible from the start. The car was sold to me with both front tyres cracked all the way around, which is a serious safety issue and should never have passed any proper inspection. Just three days after buying the car, I discovered an engine oil leak. The company took the car back for 12 days to repair it, but when the car was returned to me, the front bumper had been damaged and the front splitter was broken. It then took another 12 days just to receive the paperwork and receipts showing what work had supposedly been done to the car. Luckily, my car also had a recall through Mercedes-Benz\ufffc for the airbag replacement, so I paid Mercedes directly to inspect the oil leak properly. They confirmed the oil leak is still there, meaning the issue was never fixed correctly. I\u2019ve now been in touch with the finance company to try and sort this issue out because the problem is still ongoing. It has now been 4 months and the issue is still there, wasting my time and the warranty that I paid for. Very disappointing experience, poor communication, poor workmanship, and serious safety concerns. I would not recommend buying a car from this company.
I\u2019ve never had another car salesman as honest and helpful as Roy. I bought a car from him in February, he was amazing. Super patient with me while I took it for two test drives, also gave me time to go home and think about it without pressurising me. He was very transparent with me, I had viewed the car twice but both days it was raining and Roy told me about a lacquer issue that I wouldn\u2019t have noticed till the next sunny day and knocked money off the price without me even having to ask. The biggest thing and what made me write this review is that I had an issue with the car\u2019s heating and the company who handle the warranty were refusing to help me. I called Roy and explained the situation (my car was in the garage and couldn\u2019t be repaired till it had been paid). Immediately Roy said they\u2019d pay out of pocket for my repair and would deal with the warranty company themselves. That was something I was shocked by, he said his priority was minimising my time without my car and they put their money where their mouth is. I now recommend everyone I know buying a car to these guys, by far the most trustworthy car salesmen I\u2019ve ever met.
Promised car would be \u201cmint\u201d upon collection and it was quite the opposite, car was filthy and had engine management light on, not sure how the car passed MOT especially with wheel bolts missing after the car was \u201cprepped\u201d. Absolute joke of a garage and would not recommend to anyone drove over 3 hours to collect this car and it was just a real disappointment.
Recently bought a car from these people late last year, from the minute I got it home I had nothing but problem after problem. Customer service is severely poor, not understanding or willing to help me with the problamitic car which is in warranty too. Left me without a car for over a month or two when they "fixed" the car. The car came back worse!! Avoid this company, only advice I can give, at your own risk if you do deal with them
In relations to Pricemark and Merlin autos, because I know for sure they work together, Very unsatisfying customer service, sold me a very bad car, only drove it for one week and they asked me to bring it in for repair, when I took it in, they gave me another very bad car that I have to be jumpstarting every morning before each drive, this courtesy car was also very filthy and filled with mould all over, took the car in a week ago and it's still not been fixed today, meaning my supposedly new car has been in the mechanic longer than I've driven it, whenever I call them on the phone I either get shouted at or dismissed, they never tend to want to address issues, very unreliable and unresponsive, please do not buy from this dealership for your own good.
Easy progress but the car had few problems less then 3 months own it then you lot did fix it broken down under 6 hours again then keep on going back and forward under some shit warranty & putting on a 2nd hand parts think I won\u2019t find out and forget you lot I sorted the car out myself whenever it had problems & before I sold it I bought think the car was a low mileage car with 15,000 miles rs3 8V daza saloon 2018 and after owner it for a year I sold the car on and find out later on the car was clocked back ! Before buying the car from them please check the mileage by the real dealership if the car been clocked back or not !!!!
After buying a car in 2025 from a small dealership and experiencing serious problems, mechanically with the car and the money side.. I was quite put off buying from independent dealers and felt more comfortable sticking with the big names like Jaguar Land Rover, Audi, Vauxhall etc. However, I came across Pricemark Motors on Auto Trader and immediately fell in love with a Discovery they had for sale. I arranged a viewing and the response was very prompt. When I arrived, I was greeted by Roy, who greeted me and my friend. He was knowledgeable about the car and i never felt pushed or pressured like you sometimes do with car salespeople. He didn\u2019t sit round hovering whilst we were looking at the car etc.. I took the car for a test drive, came back and we discussed the available options. Roy offered extended warranty options without being pushy. We agreed the sale, arranged a collection day and I left feeling very happy :)). When I arrived to collect the car, I was once again greeted warmly and given useful information about the car before driving away. A few weeks later I experienced a small issue with the car.. nothing major but Pricemark Motors agreed to sort it out without any hassle. I took the car back, the repair was completed and I was grateful of the outcome. Overall, I would highly recommend Pricemark Motors. They are professional, friendly, and sold me a great car.
