Bought a car and noticed the front end of bonnet was a different colour than the car ,was told it was the type of paint and ive been told by two paint specialists that its not the same But nothing has been done about it .and this was discussed the same day of purchase of the car..
Rubbish! Travelled a distance to look at new MGs/ Nissans. Got to the showroom to be faced with a load of qr codes. Absolutely NO information on any cars. Messed about with the scanning app, input registrations etc. Nothing, not working, see salesperson. Nah, off to see cars with prices etc etc actually on them
Very poor experience. From the cold unfriendly 'welcome' at reception as you walk in, to the poor quality of stock. (We viewed several cars with mould on the seats.) We did buy a car, however it became evident that it had been misrepresented by Chorley MG. We were also sent another customers personal & financial details by mistake during a buying process. We were promised the earth and misled. Folliwing a complaint, we were advised the General Manager would contact us; no one did. We got our money back after threatening legal action. (I can see the car is back on the forecourt at an inflated price - and still misrepresented!) In my opinion, this is a badly run dealership whose sole aim is profit over service. I would strongly advise against buying a car from here, despite any feeble apology or explanation given below.
