Perrys Barnsley Mazda were great because everything was explained very well and simple. John Croft was very thorough with everything . Its so nice to be sorted out by someone who knew what we were after. We looked at a similar car a week earlier at a different mazda dealership and walked away due to the pushy sales person. John was perfect .
Perrys Barnsley Mazda were great because I did not feel pressured at any time. I was acknowledged then left to browse but as soon as I needed help Kev was there. The turnaround was quick. There was no rush, I felt heard and understood. Kevin was polite and courteous without being stuffy. As a woman I did not feel he spoke over me to address my husband. Overall a very pleasant experience
Perrys Barnsley Mazda were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the overall experience was so good. Everything was explained with care and detail the salesperson John Croft was professional not pushy in anyway unlike some I had whilst looking to change my car. He offered Everything I asked and took the time to walk me through the whole deal as I had the last car for over 15 years and things had changed ie mostly done on line A nightmare for a retired old time lorry driver !!!. The car was finished to a Gold standard in my book when I went to collect it. Again John was not pushy took the time to show me how to operate all the mod cons and was in no rush to just get my money sign up and let me go. He made sure I was comfortable with everything before I was ready to leave. The dealership manager congratulated me on my purchase and wished me well.John said to ring if I had any problems or couldn't get something to work.( haven't had to as yet ) he rang after 3 days to make sure all was OK again being polite and professional over the phone. To sum it up 10 out of 10 for everything at this juncture. If anyone asks I will tell them to give Perry's a chance. Tha is again John Croft
