I came to test drive a car I\u2019d seen online that was advertised as FSH, asked him for the paperwork, service history etc and as he also assured me the wet belt had been done, I also asked him for the paperwork as proof. Two days later, I\u2019ve been chasing him up and still no paperwork. He\u2019s finally admitted he has no service history or indeed any paperwork for the car at all. Complete waste of my time. Previous reviews also said the same thing, but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. Seems he\u2019s hoping people won\u2019t ask for the info he says he has. Avoid at all cost!

Writing with great sadness travelled all the way from Birmingham just to look for a bigger car for my special needs son who is 4 years old and loves car rides we trusted them and said we liked a car and one of the tall guys came to the car and said were straight forward people nothing to hide leave a deposit if you change your mind it\u2019s ok you can get a refund!!!!!! Just trusting his pack of lies we paid and they are not refunding because we\u2019ve come to know they fraudsters Such shame for your dishonesty against vulnerable people. Only money matters to them not customers
Honest issues, but excellent service We bought a car from here and I'll be honest - it had quite a few problems that should've been spotted before it went on sale. Not ideal when you've just bought a car! However, I have to give them full credit for how they handled it. Once we pointed out the issues, they didn't mess us about at all. Harvey and Ollie fixed everything that needed doing without any argument or hassle. The lads were really pleasant throughout - friendly, approachable, and genuinely seemed to want to put things right. These days that kind of customer service means a lot. Would I recommend them? Yes, because when it mattered, they stood by what they sold and sorted it properly. Nobody's perfect, but it's how you deal with problems that counts. \U0001f44d\U0001f44d
Had my car for a couple of months now and love it. Really good service, without a hard sell. Was helpful before sale with extra information, good communication around delivery, and helpful with queries after sale as well. Car also came with a fresh MOT. So far, very good, and would recommend.
