Unhelpful members of staff. Came to view a few cars a couple of times, we asked to test drive a car, which he was immediately resistant to. We were then told there would be no point in fuelling the car and getting it out if we weren\u2019t looking to purchase immediately. We would have been willing to buy a car sooner if we loved it but after the attitude we were given, we won\u2019t be buying from here at all. It seemed as if we were a burden by being there.
I was buying a car for son which had to be an automatic which I would be driving until he passed his test. Cars were a little limited in our price range but found a lovely Ford Zetec on the forecourt of Parc Lane Cars. It had just come into the garage so hadn\u2019t gone through its pre delivery inspection but still in great condition. Paul was very helpful giving us time to let my son see the car and for us to have a test drive. All necessary work and valeting was done before collection and the garage gave a 12 month MOT certificate and sorted the car tax when we collected the car. All in all a very good experience.
Picked up my new car from Parc Lane Cars today. The service has been spot on from here. Constant updates on the process of selecting the car and the finance being processed. We had to change the day of collection and this was not an issue at all. Would highly recommend 10/10.

We have dealt with Parc Lane Cars for over 10 years and have purchased over 8 cars from them. We are based in Scotland but have no hesitation travelling the distance as their care and attention is second to none. Our latest purchase was an M2 BMW Sport which had a few technical issues 5 months after purchasing the car but there was no hesitation from Mark and his team to have the car returned to them and all the technical issues were sorted quickly and efficiently and was returned to us valeted. I have no hesitation in recommending this business to anyone looking for a good quality second hand car.
A review will never do this place enough justice! These guys went above and beyond the call of duty for me when I came to collect the car I had bought I could not fault it in any way it was showroom condition inside and out! Traveled all the way from Scotland and was never let down once in the whole process of the purchase, I was left to it, viewed the car test drove it and the rest wrote itself, so at ease and such a pleasure doing business with this company many thanks again to a proper job! To all the team there hats off absolutely outstanding.
Purchased a bmw 4 series and within a couple of weeks the amp stopped working and there were numerous electrical faults, was advised I was outside of my 14 day return period and as I had paid for warranty they were going to order a new amp, it took 3 months to arrive meaning I had to drive around for 3 months with no sound and most of idrive system not working, even sent a warranty approved engineer to look into the issue but he somehow could not see the amp was completely submerged in water. Took a further 2 months to get the repair completed and was continually lied to about the amp and the delivery timescales. Quick to take your money and lie to get the sale completed. Well done.
