Excellent service from Parc Lane Cars staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Looked at a few cars and had a test drive of two I was interested in and left with the one I liked. I was given the full history of the car I was very impressed by everything would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying a car loads in stock something to please everyone thank you so much
Very friendly team and great service, car was prepped to a high standard and PX taken care of without hassle and paid the agreed price as promised. Me and the family couldn’t have asked for more. PS: the kids would like to part ex the little dog?? Thank you and see yous soon.
Great car-buying experience from Parc Lane Cars. With my previous vehicle being quite unreliable I was cautious when looking at a new car to buy, but Parc Lane ensured there was nothing to worry about. Paul was great throughout the whole process, very calm and kept me reassured that if any issues arise they will be sorted ASAP through the warranty. They prepared the vehicle well so was immaculate condition when I picked it up a few weeks ago. So far I have had no issues at all, it’s been a solid drive and I thank the guys at Parc Lane Cars for their service :)
Thank you for the great experience of buy my car from you, Paul the salesman was very helpful and friendly ensuring we understood everything with a good time scale to complete the sale and collection. Would also like to the thank mark and Kieran for the great aftercare service helping to ensure everything was sorted correctly and professionally, I would recommend anyone to this company who is looking to buy a new car.
Avoid this garage at all costs - sold us a car with so many problems in only a few days/weeks of having it and refused to fix them. Stated it has been serviced too and it hasn’t and also stated brand new brake discs have been placed on car and this is also a lie and has came from BMW garage themself. Please go elsewhere once they have your money they don’t care about you and won’t help you even if your warranty. So sad to be treated like this when purchasing an expensive car which we were so happy to have. EDIT TO REPONSE - firstly the car is an M2 not an M4 so this shows how much you care… Secondly we emailed you back and fourth for weeks in which you refused to fix the issues and we have the paper trail of this NOT ONCE did you offer to pay 50% anything towards it so no clue where you have got this from and also not once did you state you would repair or help us with the car you said it was not your problem and compared a spring snapping to a chip on a window….so this is complete lies. I find it a disgrace you can even respond to say you wanted to fix the issues when all we got back with attitude and no help. The brake discs are not new and you didn’t service the car as we had to get this done again by BMW who have stated these both as true.
Nightmare. Bought a car about 2 months ago and immediately had problems. Car was apparently PDI’d with only slight cracked tyres found, somehow they missed the horrendous oil leak, the completely perished suspension bushes, the knocking over bumps, the terrible tracking and not to mention drilling holes straight into the metal tailgate to secure a number plate when there are already holes there for this purpose. The car has been back 4 or 5 times to get the issues resolved, new suspension arms for the knocking, the knocking is still present, a new rocker cover gasket, the oil leak is still present, for a wheel alignment, the tracking is still out. I’ve had to take it upon myself and pay for the correct parts to fix the car as only one month of warranty was given, this shouldn’t be happening after 2 months of ownership, this should have been rectified before the car was even advertised.
