The Customer service at Norman Poole has been first class. There was no sales pressure when I was looking at the car I bought and I was offered a fair price on a part exchange. All the guys I have dealt with in the office Clyde Neil and Ben have been really helpful. In particular Clyde has been brilliant to deal with and nothing has been too much trouble and can’t thank him enough for the time he has given me.Really impressed with this company.
Friendly service, very knowledgeable and experienced so gave insightful advice on what would meet my needs. My husband contacted them to ask if the car could be ready early so it would be ready for my birthday and they obliged and ensured it was ready for collection. Very pleased with the service.

We initially went to this garage to view a particular car. We were greeted by Johnathan who was really helpful and friendly, no pressure was put on us all.
