We purchased our Cupra from the Wallisdown branch and liaised with Jonathan Stevens who could not have been more helpful. We are able to test drive the car and there was no pressure to buy. Norman Motors sorted a couple of minor issues with the paintwork and replaced 2 tyres that were close to the limit without prompting. Jon was very helpful with all the paperwork and we were very impressed with the service, even a courtesy call after a few days to check we were happy. Great service and a good car at a fair price. I would recommend to others.
As I live 160miles away, I relied on the salesman to describe the vehicle truthfully before I visited. He went out of his way to help me and I was not disappointed. The vehicle was as described and I purchased it, but there was no sales pressure. He picked me up from the local station on collection day. Overall, very happy with my experience.
Found my dream car at norman motors on line but I live 3 hours away, Richard could not have been more helpful, he worked with me to get a deal that we were both happy with, kept in touch with me all along and I know have my perfect car on my drive, I am so happy !!! I can't recommend Norman motors enough and a big thank you to Richard , who really went out of his way to make it happen . Excellent company and excellent service.
Norman Motors were great throughout the process of purchasing our new family car and their Trust Pilot reviews really helped me to decide to give them my business. I hope my review also helps others when deciding on their next vehicle purchase. Gus handled my sale and he answered all questions promptly and honestly and made me feel comfortable about the sale. The process of buying a new car can feel daunting but Gus was so professional that I was prepared to travel over 600 miles down from the north of Scotland to purchase from this business. The car was exactly as described and shown in all photos and videos, and after a week, has been absolutely faultless. However, if a problem does arise during the first few months of ownership, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Norman Motors as I’m sure I would receive comprehensive and fair treatment when finding a resolution.
I recently purchased a car from Gus at Norman motors. I had an excellent experience and could not fault the service. Gus was extremely helpful and attentive to all questions and queries. He was also very accommodating with a quick turn around in getting the car prepped for collection. I truly appreciated the professionalism; I felt supported, not pressured. My wife and I are retired professionals who have been buying and selling our own privately owned cars for over 50 years. We went down to Norman Motors Ltd at Brighton (a 3 hour return trip) to view a car which had been advertised and which we thought we wanted. Our first impressions were that all of the cars on the forecourt looked such a high quality, well presented and good value. Our second impressions were how professional, welcoming, but relaxed everyone was from directors to sales executives. We were allowed to wander around the forecourt uninterrupted and took our time window shopping and looking admiringly at cars we couldn't afford and other ones that also took our fancy and which we could. Within about 10 mins we'd seen a car we liked (even better than the one we'd come to see) and asked if we could have a test drive. That went really well and we were so impressed we agreed to buy it. We were given a part exchange value for our existing car that was fair and we agreed to sell and buy. We went home delighted with both the new car and the entire experience. Within a few days the car had been MOT'd and given a (180+ points) check over and was then driven up to us and our own car collected. Richard dealt with us from start to finish. He was courteous, friendly, informative, efficient and helpful throughout and dealt with all of the admin and finance effortlessly and easily. If you are looking for an easy, hassle-free buying and/or selling experience with people who are honest, trustworthy and genuinely a pleasure to deal with look no further. This was simply the best car buying and selling experience on every level we've ever had. We can confidently and wholeheartedly recommend Norman Motors. GB & BH Thompson Wiltshire
