Excellent service from start to finish When we test drove it the car for the second time, Louis stayed open for us another 45 mins and no pressure to buy. We found our car on auto trader website from this garage. From our first enquiry to us buying the car, couldn’t have been any easier. Always helping, friendly and answering any questions promptly. The car on inspection was as exactly as advertised. Test drive was offered. While purchasing and taxing the car even our spaniel was allowed inside the office and water offered to him. Norman Motors were very accommodating of my situation, and went above and beyond to check the car was in good condition before allowing me to leave with it. Most car retailers would have took my money and sent me on my way, but this family business really wanted to make sure that it passed all inspections first and foremost. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From the detailed pictures in the advert to the handover and aftercare, every step has been effortless and enjoyable. From someone who has had plenty of bad interactions with car dealers this really opened my eyes as to what the standard (and above in this case) should be. Well what can I say, quality car and quality service. I have been buying cars for more years than I would like to admit, but I really have to say that Norman Motors are the best. They are the most professional and honest team you need when choosing and purchasing a vehicle. I live quite far from them but at no point did I feel uneasy and that was down to the brilliant team working there. There was no hard sell, they just listened to what you wanted with patience and answered every question or worry you had leaving you in full confidence that you was getting the best service and the best deal.
